It's good, but one of the spikes came broken. It seems like it's unavoidable since it's made of silicone... It's not too hard, which is actually nice, and the pressure feels soft when you press it. It doesn't seem to have a solid structure and feels a bit cheap, but it functions well. Also, I don't know why there are gold pieces on both sides, but they sometimes come off, which is funny. However, when you rub the sole of your foot, it feels like heaven because it's slightly concave, so you can align the arches on both sides and it even massages the arches. I think I'll make good use of it. I recommend it!

I read reviews that it's supposedly very fragile and broke easily - so one should be smart enough to not stand on this thing with their full weight! Of course, this cannot be done. Sit on a chair, place the roller under your feet, and roll each foot for 10-15 minutes while watching a TV series. Which is also helpful for preventing flat feet if you wear sneakers 24/7. Order arrived super fast. This foot massager is sturdy and of good quality. It is not light weight. I have used it many times and i feel pain in my feet. It shows how many stiff muscles are there which are getting stimulated with this massager. For me it is better to use it while standing up as it adds more weight on the roller which pokes deeper in my foot to target tight muscles. It is first day for me and i am finding it painful for my feet that shows it is working. I am glad i invested in my health and found a good foot massager.

A very nice massager
It’s useful, but very hard plastic with no give- it can be fairly painful. it works, and it’ll probably last 1,000 years, but not really what i expected.
